I worked as a senior animator at Floating Rock with Andrew, who was our production coordinator on the same project.
Andrew is affable, approachable, helpful, empathetic with a solution-oriented attitude whenever there are fires to put out and ducks to be put back in their rows. He found that elusive equilibrium between effectively maintaining schedules while still being a mensch. I always felt his respect and gratitude to the artists for the work we were smashing out and any issues were addressed with a "How can I help" approach.
I felt the project we worked together on was a huge success, much of which can be traced back to how Andrew played his part in it. He's a delight to work with and I'd be thrilled to call myself his colleague again. I reckon any studio would be lucky to snap him up.

Visual Effects Supervisor

To whom it may concern, I would like to forward my recommendation for Andrew Elias-Jones whom I had the pleasure to work with our most ambitious projects at Floating Rock.
I was the Visual Effects Supervisor on the show and had to rely heavily on Andrew's initiative, consistency and unruly work ethic to help get this show delivered on time.
Andrew always had his finger on the pulse, and with great humour, endless energy and superb organisation skills he refined our production workflow into shape to help get what we all thought was impossible, over the line.
He is a stand-up guy, looks out for everyone and hits the mark every time. I couldn't recommend him enough, and I'd be
happy to recommend him some more if needed.

Andrew has shown to be a dedicated professional who exemplifies going the extra mile. His attitude and willingness to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities and produce consistently excellent results was a boon for our project.

Andrew Elias-Jones has been my Production Manager and his energy and positivity has had great effects on myself and my crew. His ‘can-do’ attitude has helped to give myself, as Director, confidence that the job will get done and I am not disappointed with the results.

Andrew is a very dedicated and caring worker. Always easy to communicate with, making the animation process super smooth. He was also focused on improving processes and quick to attend to the needs of the creatives, going the extra mile!!

Associate Production Manager

To me Andrew always displays a cool head under pressure and a willingness to develop more in his role as a coordinator in VFX. He is usually the first one in the buidling and the last one to leave during production. He is always open to asking questions to learn more about VFX in general and I believe would be an asset to Weta in a coordinator role, not just within the shots department and would be someone I would happily work with in my team.

On a personal level he’s always a friendly face to have around the office and a positive energy to be around, which is especially valued when in high stress situations and I feel would be a loss to the company to not be able to retain him.
